Lauren Rapplean joined DTC Advisors as the firm’s Legal Administrative Assistant and Office Manager. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing with an emphasis in Advertising & Promotions from Missouri State University and brings a strong background in client service and organizational management to her role.

In her role with the firm, Lauren is responsible for client communications, administrative coordination, scheduling, accounting support, and assisting the firm’s attorneys and paralegals in all aspects of daily operations. She is committed to providing a responsive, professional, and welcoming experience for every client.

Prior to joining the firm, Lauren held multiple client service and leadership roles within a marketing and advertising organization, where she managed national accounts, developed internal procedures, trained team members, and maintained strong client and vendor relationships. In addition, her extensive volunteer and community leadership experience — including service with local elementary school programs and Girl Scout leadership — reflects her commitment to organization, mentorship, and community involvement.

Lauren’s strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and dedication to creating a welcoming and well-managed office environment make her a valuable member of the DTC Advisors team.
